Chitwan National Park records 1st rhino poaching incident in 3 yrs
CHITWAN: A one horned male rhinoceros was killed in the Chitwan National Park, which is popular for of the district on Friday night.
According to the CNP, the bull was killed yesterday at a community forest of Hariyali Belhatta of Jagatpur in Chitwan.
The horn of the rare animal was taken away by the poachers, added the CNP.
This is the first time that CNP has reported a rhino poaching since May 3, 2014.
